1st and 3rd GradeMy goal is to encourage lifelong learnings through motivation and encouragement. I have been a virtual and homeschool instructor for over seven years. My MS in Educational Psychology gains me the ability to use learning theories while my MS in Instructional Design and Development offers me the ability to breakdown and individualize learning content. Learning requires attention, retention, motivation and prior knowledge. I incorporate these requirements into my sessions to help students become successful. Successful students will be able to accomplish the 3-R’s (remember, repeat, and redo).
